About Us

Welcome to Decoay

At Decoay, we believe a beautiful home is about more than decoration — it's about creating spaces that reflect your personality, inspire creativity, and make everyday living more enjoyable.

Founded by Hakan in Istanbul, Türkiye, Decoay is a home decor and lifestyle publication dedicated to sharing inspiring ideas, creative projects, and practical decorating solutions for every home and budget.

What We Do

We explore the world of interior design, home decorating, DIY crafts, furniture upcycling, seasonal decor, home organization, and garden inspiration.

From cozy living room ideas and creative bedroom makeovers to handmade decorations and simple DIY projects, our goal is to help you turn inspiration into something you can make your own.

We focus on combining style, functionality, and affordability, offering ideas that suit different tastes, spaces, and lifestyles.

Our Approach

We believe great home inspiration should be both beautiful and useful.

Our content aims to explain not just what looks good, but why certain design choices work, how materials complement a space, and how ideas can be adapted to different needs and budgets.

We may use AI-assisted tools to support our editorial and creative process, including visual inspiration. Some images are conceptual illustrations rather than photographs of completed projects. Our goal is to present ideas clearly and responsibly while continuing to improve the usefulness and accuracy of our content.
